« Even the pictures do not do this property justice. The cleanliness. The interior design. The ocean view is breathtaking. When I showed up the manager of the property upgraded me for free to the 2 bedroom unit. I could not recommend this enough. »

« The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. »

« We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. « The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. »

« We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on...
