'I misplaced my drivers license. I found it. The clerk then told me she had canceled my prepaid reservation and ordered me to leave the premises. She refused to give me her name or the managers name. She refused to give me written documentation that she had in fact canceled my reservation. I called the manager the following Monday. He appoligized and said he would aid me in attempting to get a refund. I realize this is the Hotels responsibility, not your per se. I am retired and traveling is my...

'Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms. However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing. And a general dusting of the lamp shades and furniture. The mattress in the sofa bed needs replacing and the queen bed mattress had stains.Bed sheets had some stains as...

'Een nacht in dit hotel verbleven op doorreis. Dicht bij snelweg gelegen, ontbijt (toast, muffin, sinaasapelsap, corn flakes, wafels, 'koffie') al beschikbaar vanaf 6 uur. Vriendelijk praatje. Gratis upgrade naar king size vanwege mijn lengte.'

' Good hotel, room fine but breakfast very basic, plastic cutlery and little choice'

Wij waren in Scranton om alles van de serie The Office te zien. Zwembad prima. Aankomst was minder. De dame bij de incheck bakte er niets...

'The place was unoccupied except for us! Our room was fine but the premises seemed to be under renovation. No staff were available.'

'This is one the cleanest we'll managed hotels i have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean. I would highly recommend the comfort inn located in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.'
