The pull put couch had a board under the cushions didn’t know if it was broke but didn’t want to sit on it to find out the pool area and the breakfast was nice but will not be staying there in the future

The stay was awful the a/c was broken, the pool was very dirty with stuff floating around in it, there where roaches and when we called to ask for more towels so we could shower they told us to wait until housekeeping came in our room. (They came an hour later)

We stayed on the second floor and the whole floor reeked of..use your imagination . The person next to us had a dog that barked all night. Downstairs by the lobby we went to go to the girls bathroom and there was a man in there. That man then proceeded to sit outside on the bench talking to the sky. A woman was intoxicated and barefoot, came up to my 7year old daughter at the elevator and pushed her out of the way & said “move out of the profanity way!” Then proceeded to stare her down like she was going to do something for five whole minutes. Horrible breakfast only eggs cereal & waffles. Before our stay we called the front desk, as well as the Expedia employee helping me, and the front desk man hung up on both of us. Absolutely horrible experience and will NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

The lady at the desk checking in had a nasty attitude. Something in our bathroom was leaking and water stayed on the floor in a puddle. The a/c wasn’t working so the room was hot and humid. Would not recommend staying here. Only good thing was it was convenient to places to eat.

Quality Suites we stayed few years ago excellent condition. This one in Addison poor. Breakfast was stingy, only bananas for fruit and considering Texas has so many options of fruits, cereal was the tiny ones served to young children, barely anything for whatever they call continental breakfast. It has been said that whenever an Indian take over a hotel or gas station the quality and condition deteriorate, and it's proven to be true. Needs lots of improvement. The hotel was very noisy even more at nights with the quests in other rooms. I will never stay there again nor introduce my friends. And next time I'm about to rent I have to check the front desks personell first.

Dirty room leaked from the window. $100 dollar deposit. Sheets were stained. Room smelled like weed. The entire floor looked and smelt lke Cheech and Chongs van. Complaints mean nothing to the barely speaking English staff. Avoid this place as if its plauged. The pool sucked too.

Arrived to our room it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month of use. There was dirt and trash in the corners the walls had food of some kind on them. The window leaked from the roof and left water all over the floor. With my 2 toddlers it was a bad experience. The couch bed looked like it got picked up from a homeless camp.

On my first night there my husband and I went to bed at around 12 and around 2am someone banged on our door and then went outside to bang on the windows the superaste times. We thought it was over just to have them do it again at the door. I called the hotel staff just to be told “oh I’m sorry let me talk to him and I’ll deal with it” as if it was some normal occurrence someone outside did. The second and last night there I had to call because of noise from the upstairs room. They were banging on the floors and moving furniture all night. Yelling and screaming and just nosy all the way till 5 am. I had called the front desk twice and they said they would tell them to keep it down. Nothing changed. I lost two nights out sleep. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were a okay. Had a sad blueish coke to them and so I didn’t eat them. The only thing I could eat were some waffles and a yogurt.

Great neighborhood but this hotel is gross and dirty. They dont srem to clean the rooms or the anything ariund the building. The back windows overlook a dump it looks like because they throw all their old furniture there. The mattress was really gross and the carpet turned our socks black. There were roaches surrounding the pool area and the breakfast only had 1 or 2 items left an hour after opening. The whole place smelled like pot which shoukd have made our stay seem better! But it didnt.

Me and my family were there for about an hour and had to leave. The hotel was dirty, but the main reason was the smell. It had a strong smell of marijuana all over. Even people in the parking lot were smoking. The man did give us our money back so that was a positive. I would not recommend at all though!

Staff was not professional. When I checked in the guy sitting there was eating chips while telling me my room wasn’t ready. Breakfast was waffles. There is no shuttle transportation at as listed! My shower had no pressure at all and seemed broken. The sink was broken and squirted out water. You can hear Everything in the halls! The food in the snack area was empty!!! Literally bought the last little 3 bags of chips they had at the time.

Great value for the price. Also a ten minute walk to the Addison Bus Station, so it’s fairly easy to get anywhere in Dallas through transit that’s walking distance from the hotel.

I stayed here with my kids. The hotel was so bad that we did not stay the remaining two nights we paid for, even though it meant losing money because the rooms were non-refundable. The hotel was run down and dirty and on the way to our room, we could smell marijuana in the hall coming. It also smelled of cigarette smoke, there was no remote control in our room, and the telephone in the room did not work. I did not feel safe staying there.
