'Well appointed, nice location, friendly staff'

'This is an excellent hotel to stay in! Everything about this hotel’s excellent and it is our first choice of hotels whenever we pass through Dallas. Excellent service, excellent amenities, excellent cleanliness, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We’re extremely impressed by this hotel!'

'Coffee mug was stolen while getting my children breakfast. The coffee was empty every single morning 3 days straight.'

'Todo Magnifico'

'It was a really nice place to stay. Boutique hotels are my favorite and this one had everything you would need. The cafe downstairs was also an added touch!'

'Breakfast'

'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
