'Pets are allowed. Breakfast was adequate but could be better. Beds were comfortable. It’s a functional and basic place for a good price. Good location. Parking was good. Elevator was slow and only one was working for entire 4 night stay.'

'We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. 'The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.'

'We had a terrible stay (after other fine stays) at this hotel recently. First, we weren’t able to check in until 5 pm. They “forgot” to text us that our room was ready after sitting in the bar for two hours. We only checked in because we went back to the front desk to inquire. Then, upon check in, our room smelled so strong of smoke that our eyes burned. We let the front desk know and the solution initially offered was to send a housekeeper to spray a strong smelling spray all over our room...

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
