« People at the reception were nice and very accommodating. Althought the beds and the sheets were clean, the room itself could have been cleaner. The air conditionner was very noisy and smelled moldy. The rug in would need a good vaccuming and deep cleaning. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The entire bathroom needs to be renovated as the fixtures are cracked and worned out. »

« Hotel was very nice, we had an unexpected need to find a hotel with our dogs and 2 kids and found CI&S. The service was very friendly, answered quickly and was clear and upfront about pet fees. The room was decently clean, I've seen better and much worse. The beds were very comfortable and the down comforters were very cozy. You can adjust your own room temp which was always nice. The breakfast was good. Everything was kept stocked. They had fresh food options and healthier drink options like...
