The apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional single bed (90 x 170 cm). This allows the bedroom to accommodate up to two adults and one child. A television is also provided in the bedroom.

The bright living area invites you to relax and is furnished with a sofa bed (sleeping area 170 x 200 cm), providing an additional sleeping option. A television and a dining area are also located here. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfortable living year-round.

The open-plan kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area and features modern appliances such as an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. A coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and numerous kitchen utensils and cutlery complete the amenities, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals.

The bathroom is modernly designed and equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror, and a hairdryer.
