The biggest concern during our stay was privacy and housekeeping access. We booked 2 rooms — one for my parents and one for my husband and me — and clearly informed both the receptionist and the housekeeper that we did not require housekeeping service because we were uncomfortable having anyone enter the rooms while all of our important belongings and valuables were inside.
Despite this, the housekeeper still entered the rooms daily while we were away in order to access the balcony and water the plants. This made us feel very uneasy and uncomfortable throughout the stay, especially because our request for no entry had already been communicated multiple times. We strongly feel that guest privacy and security preferences should be respected.
Cleanliness was also a concern. It appeared that there was only 1 housekeeper managing the entire hotel of around 18 rooms, which likely made it difficult to maintain proper cleaning standards consistently.
Overall, this experience left us very disappointed and uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if customer service could please reach out to me via email to properly address these concerns and discuss the experience further!
