'The parking area, lobby and room was very clean, breakfast in the morning, the staff is very nice. They are renovating so I was in an upgraded room! The staff there are very nice. I called before booking because im severly allergic to mold and Vali ensured me there was no mold and Claudette helped me out by making sure my room was mold free as well. Thank you so much '

'This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The first 2 were in 2016 and 17. At that time this hotel was great. Not the greatest, but very good. Now in 2025 I was surprised about the state of this hotel. I doubt anything was done on maintenance in the last 7 years. Looking at previous reviews what I did not do before rebooking, I have the feeling the section 8 comments are correct. When paying 200 USD per night you might expect a little more then coke dealers at the pool area, algea infested...

'Had a lovely time at Casitas Coral Ridge. On arrival was welcomed, owner is very hospitable and helps you with every question you might have. Surroundings are great, garden has a tropical feel and you can use the pool across the street. My room was nice and clean, great bathroom with a rain shower and room even had a large fridge so I could store some small items. Overall experience was great and I would certainly return here. '

'Rustig hotel buiten het centrum van Ft Lauderdale. Kamer is netjes, wel een luidruchtige airco. Fijne bedden, schoon beddengoed. Grote parkeerplaats bij het hotel. Ontbijt is karig. Veel wegwerpspullen bij het ontbijt, gelukkig wel van papier ipv piepschuim. Bij de receptie is men wat nors, er wordt niet echt opgelet wie er binnenkomt. Al met al wel een redelijk hotel. Tip: tegenover het hotel is een uitstekend Thais hotel waar je heerlijke sushi's en Thais kunt eten.'

I didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub while I was here, but it looked like it was really nice. When I arrived, it was easy to check in because I had already been provided the codes to get through the gate and into the door itself of the room.
