« In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

« Wonderful views, one of kind experience. Hot tub option is a must. Staff very helpful and kind. As a couple in tent or in a family villa both are great. You can do you own barbecue also. Stayed one night but recommended 2 night stay. »
