'No complaints from us, Riverside hotel was a great stay. The other reviews weren't lying.'

'Goed hotel, kamer super, schoon, goed ontbijt, en ligt slechts 8 mile van downtown New Orleans af ( bourbon street)'

'I especially love the kindness of the staff and how thoughtful they all were. I loved my room it was large with a nice view. Of course the swimming pool, and the gym. One thing I can't leave out. Oh the breakfast was so delicious 😋 everything was so spectacular the way it was presented. I enjoyed my stay.'

'Nice surroundings on the outskirts of New Orleans. Unfortunately the nearby restaurant was closed during the weekend.'

'Nice hotel friendly service. Clean room. Would stay again. '

'Outstanding'

'So so'

'Stuff in the kitchen didn't seem very clean. Hotel was good but other guests were not. Throughout the night could hear people talking in the hallways and doors slamming. Employees were all nice and helpful. '

'The room was very neat. The staff was excellent. The halls and common area were beautifully maintained. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. I suffered back pain the next two days. Outside of the mattress issues, I have no other complaints.'

'Property was nice and clean. Rooms were beautiful! perfect distance from bourbon street'

'Amazing and adorable. Wish there was a TV outside for the jacuzzi or BBQ outside'

'Loved everything about Loew’s But we were not prepared nor informed of a huge parade Sat night that blockaded route for us to drive our car back to hotel. Had we known, we would have ubered But EVERYTHING about the hotel was wonderful and so comfortable♥️'

'The hotel is under renovations. First impression outside is a very unkept appearance. The outside will probably come after the inside renovations are done. Walking my dog was an adventure since there’s not much grass. We used the next door business. We weren’t informed about the renovations. But, the hotel served its purpose. We slept and had breakfast. The breakfast isn’t good. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably won’t return because it’s not ideal...

'De kamers waren prachtig en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad was niet echt uitnodigend.'
