You’ll enjoy an exceptional view of the sea at all times, whether you’re in the Villa’s large private pool, on one of the lounge chairs on the terrace, on the outdoor sofas, around the large shaded table, or even in the spacious living room with its fully equipped open kitchen, or in the master bedroom.

The ocean is everywhere!

From the private beach at the end of the terrace, you can set out on one of the villa’s paddleboards to explore the calm, turquoise waters of Cul de Sac Bay—and even paddle out to Pinel Islet, just 500 meters away.

With its two beach restaurants, unspoiled nature, white sand, and shaded lounge chairs, you’ll enjoy truly exceptional moments.

Back at the villa, you can take advantage of the fact that it’s not overlooked to relax in complete privacy.

If you’d rather prepare your own meals than hire a chef, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook just like at home, and of course, the Villa’s BBQ.

And if you’d like, you can even have your groceries delivered to the Villa.

The Villa was completely rebuilt in 2021, offering great comfort and very refined decor.

All bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. They also have access to two separate restrooms.

The rooms are equipped as follows:

* Bedroom 1: 2 m x 2 m bed + TV + ocean view + outdoor bathtub

* Bedroom 2: 1.8 m x 2 m bed

* Bedroom 3: 1.6 m x 2 m bed + 90 cm x 1.95 m bunk beds

* Bedroom 4: 1.8 m x 2 m bed

You will have exclusive use of the entire villa, its terrace with a private pool and lounge chairs, and its private beach.

You’ll also have free access to the villa’s 2 paddleboards and 3 kayaks, allowing you to explore the calm, turquoise waters of Cul de Sac Bay or paddle out to Pinel Islet.

You’ll have reserved access to two parking spaces at the villa’s entrance.


You’ll be welcomed by our manager, Alessia, who will be available to meet your needs, help you organize your activities, or offer advice and make restaurant reservations.

The Villa is located in the secure Terrasses de Cul de Sac neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Grand Case Airport and 30 minutes from Juliana International Airport.

The neighborhood’s main attraction is its location in Cul de Sac Bay, facing Pinel Islet, which offers an exceptional panorama between the sea and the rugged hills.

You can reach Pinel Islet using the Villa’s paddleboards or the ferry.

Just behind Îlet Pinel lies the unspoiled island of Tintamarre, which you can easily reach by shuttle boat to go snorkeling to see the turtles, have a picnic on the beach, or explore the island on foot.

Depending on the season, you might be lucky enough to spot dolphins and whales.

You’ll also be just a short drive from other points of interest on the island:
