Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 1,140 sq. ft. condo, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. At our rental, your experience is our top priority. Our modern condo stands out with its full suite of amenities, including:
Gourmet Kitchen: Granite countertops, farmhouse sink, new stainless steel appliances, Keurig Coffee, high-end dishware, quality cookware for exceptional cooking experiences and a granite bar top that seats four comfortably for casual dining or entertaining.
Inviting Living Room: Comfortable sofa and loveseat with a river view, queen pull-out bed, premium channel TV, and a dining nook with a table and four chairs for casual or intimate meals.
Spacious Porch: Cozy seating area with stunning river and dock views, just a few steps away from the pool and hot tub.
Luxurious Bathrooms: Dual shower heads, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry in each bathroom for a sophisticated retreat.
Comfortable Bedrooms: King-sized bed in the master and queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, both with high-end bedding. The second bedroom has a sliding door opening to river views.
Prime Location: Situated on the Withlacoochee River, just off the Rainbow River. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, or walking to Dunnellon's historical district for dining and shopping.

Additional Info:
To ensure your peace of mind, we offer two options for incidentals: an $89 insurance fee or a refundable credit card $3,000 deposit. This is due to the premium quality of our condo which will only be used in the unlikely event of any damage to the condo. We have never kept any part of the deposits in the 22 years we've been renting our condo's.

Great Location and plenty of room for a family

The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The view is great. Peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room for the four of us. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a 2 minute drive to stores. In a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely go again.

Great condo, centrally locate

Great centrally located condo, spent 8 days kayaking, finding wonderful restaurants and visiting friends. Check in was flawless, Joseph (the owner) text just to make sure we had no problems. He was easy to talk to and very helpful during the week, responding within minutes. Loved the loft bedroom with a half bath! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed vacation. We will happily stay here again when in the area!

Very peaceful and convenient location with view of the river. Accurate pictures. Older property with some updates but clean and comfortable. Great king size beds large tv and well stocked kitchen. Dunnellon is a nice small town with several good restaurants and wonderful state park on Rainbow Springs many other good activities nearby.

Eat Pray Love Month on the Rainbow River

Spent a month in the condo, which was water front. Saw alligators, turtles, all sorts of wild life. A peaceful time spent walking along the Blue Run trails, and Rainbow River park. Kayaked several times up and down the Withacoochie and the Rainbow rivers. The most beautiful and magical experience! The condo was a perfect place to stay for a nice calm getaway.

Relax close to Rainbow Springs

Relaxing family week in a quiet natural environment. Property was clean and fully functional, easy parking and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub, easy access with provided kayaks to Rainbow river. Great communication with the owners, who were timely responsive to questions about the neighborhood.

Perfect river retreat

I can’t say enough about this place. The location, the old school, slower pace of life feel that the unit and condo had. It was a wonderful relaxing family place. The size of the unit was perfect for us as a family of 5 where we all had our own space but also cozy enough to catch some time together. The porch overlooking the river being screened in was a major plus because outside of that screen bugs are waiting, but that’s the river! The proximity to both the rainbow river and crystal river was ideal as we can for both. The owner was very attentive and communicated clearly and often enough, check in was easy also. There were some nice things in the condo when we arrived like snacks and coffee and a float so we left a few behind as well. We look forward to booking again.

Great condo on the Withlacoochee River

The condo was perfect; everything we could need was provided, and the unit was clean and tasteful. The other residents/guests were friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. Steve the HOA president is a super nice guy and keeps the property perfectly pleasant. Joe (owner) is very responsive to any question. The river is as beautiful as ever, and the easy drive to Silver Springs, Ocala, Cedar Key are all must-sees; the 2-hr drive to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach etc are well worth the drive. Once again, a perfect visit to Joe's condo!

Perfect retreat

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed watching all of the wild life out on the water. It was the perfect little retreat from “life”. Joe was a wonderful host. The house had everything I needed to cook, clean and feel like I was home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for those who enjoy kayaking, golf and good food. Joe's 2 kayaks made it easy to launch right from the condo complex and explore the beautiful Withlacoochee and Rainbow rivers. Several affordable golf courses within 30 minutes. Many great restaurants to try. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. Joe was easy to contact and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet getaway on the river

The property was exactly as listed. The host was very helpful and check on us throughout our stay to confirm everything was to our liking. The view from the balcony is lovely and having it screened in to prevent debris and pests made that space even more useful for us. The entire condo complex was very peaceful and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book this unit again when we return to the area.
