We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! The property was in excellent condition and the amenities and attention to detail in the house was exceptional. Docking for my boat was the best we've seen in our 8 years of vacationing in Homosassa. The property was Five Stars Plus! Next scallop season we'll be definitely be back!

Had a great girls weekend here. The house is decorated so wonderful with a lot of attention to detail. Very close to everything and great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean home on the river in a great location. We took our boat as this neighborhood has a private boat launch and was very convenient. The driveway is large enough for a truck, trailer and an extra car. This is a bit tight with a truck/trailer to enter/back out due to the driveway across from their driveway having a car/boat trailer parked directly behind it. Not a deal breaker but it takes a bit of maneuvering to get it in and out. All and all great location and great stay.

What a beautiful house. Just perfect for the R&R that my husband and I needed. The location was great. So many restaurants near and tons of water sports which we love. The morning sunrise on the back porch was my favorite part. The house is decorated just beautifully. Would love to visit again and highly recommend.

This was a great place! Perfect location and everything we needed. The only things that I think could improve would be the communication with the managing host (Nancy) and the accuracy of the photos. The furniture in some rooms/porch is different, the master bedroom headboard really needs replacing it is not what is shown and rattles any time you move and the spare bedroom had no couch or tv. None of these things would keep us from staying here again but worth noting. We had a blast!

The property is beautiful!! The house was very welcoming and homey. Clean linens, clean house, information about the area, and very well decorated! Communication with check in was very easy. The only downside was there was very limited stock for paper supplies. Each bathroom had 2 rolls of TP and for 6 people that was definitely not enough for 5 days. We also did not have trash bags and paper towels so we had to provide those ourselves. The neighbor across the street seemed to have issues with renters being on the property period. But that was out of control for us or our property manager, but it did make it a little uncomfortable at times. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The location was great. House was beautiful. The dock was amazing. Perfect for your boat, jet skis, kayaks, or paddle board. House is great for boat watching when everyone is heading to and from the springs. Kids loved this place.

The entire experience was perfect. The house was meticulously cared for, the decorations and supplied information for guests was outstanding, everything was labeled or mapped out regarding the local area. Then there was the VIEW. My goodness, the balcony had the best view in the neighborhood of the Homosassa river, and that includes some nearby mansions. We will be returning, Lord willing.

My husband and I were truly in love with this place! It was a perfect setup to prep lunches for the long boat day, run a load of laundry, and come out to shower and relax. The boat dock was easily accessible and the view was wonderful - we will definitely book again in the future!
