Very clean! It was nice to have kayaks to use and not worry about rentals. We spent a lot of time on the water. We saw hundreds of manatee! It close to town, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. We would definitely stay again. The host communicated promptly and was kind.

The property was very clean and as advertised. All the advertised amenities were available and in good condition. The host provided youth kayaks for our stay and we had a great time. The kitchen is small, but we had everything we needed. Being on the waterway was a huge benefit and they had a dry bag available so we could take our phones out on the water. So nice! The host was also very responsive and answered questions quickly. Thanks so much!!

Very Cool Place!

We had a great stay at Camp Manatee. Very clean and cozy place in a quit neighborhood. We took the provided kayaks to three sisters springs and had a blast. It’s a fairly easy paddle getting there and is well worth the trip. Vicki is a very responsive host and we would definitely return!

Great place to stay.

We loved our time at Camp Manatee. My kids loved the backyard and didn’t want to leave. My boys (ages 12 and 14) had a fishing line in the water every chance they could, but only caught one bass, a few cat fish and some crabs. They wanted to stay and fish more than go into town and do the usual tourist activities. During low tide even my 8 year old daughter had fun catching little crabs. We used the kayaks to go fishing out in the bay, see manatees at kings springs and explore the canal and other areas. My family is already begging to go back again soon.

Manatee camp peace

We loved our stay at the this property. Newly renovated, cute and clean decor. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great water pressure and warm water. Full size washer and dryer meant we didn't come home with dirty clothes. Kayaks of various sizes in good working condition. We were able to go out on Kings bay and explore. All the manatee dive boats dropped their swimmers close to where the canal opens up so you don't have to paddle super far to see manatees. One day was windy and rough and we still went into the little coves and saw 4 manatees including a mother and baby. Grill was in working order and we utilized the firepit and antigravity chairs to view the stars. Anything was a short drive.

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful stay at Camp Manatee! The house is beautiful and we loved the smart use of storage space. Very comfortable and clean. The back yard was peaceful and beautiful. We loved our kayak ride to lunch! It is in a perfect location.

Loved this place

The place was great. Practically everything is brand new. It’s cozy but has plenty of room for a small group. Outside area is great and we spent lots of time there. Short kayak to kings bay. And even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house. Neat little wooded area across the canal Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Getaway For Outdoor Fun

5 night/6 days and this newly renovated duplex was a perfect secluded quiet getaway with a LOT of access to outdoor activities. Neighborhood was perfect for a morning run. Plenty of kayaks at out place and easy launch from dock got us into the canal and out to Kings Bay quickly. Three Sisters Springs was about hour away at a leisurely paddle pace. The entire area has plenty to offer including boat and jet ski rental, snorkeling tours, and an array of restaurants. The house itself was well stocked with everything we needed (including an air fryer!). The hostess, Vicki, was always responsive and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owners have really thought of everything. Kayaks, fishing poles, games, even a cooler. It is on the canal with easy access to get to the scalloping grounds. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

The host thought of everything!

We had such a wonderful time on this trip! The house was wonderful, it had everthing we could possibly need and more. Super cozy and beautiful view right on the canal. We saw manatees, mullet jumping out of the water and lots of birds. The kayaks that were provided were fun and a short kayak trip to plenty of swimming areas. I loved that the host had privided fishing poles, starter for the fire, bug spray, games, sunscreen, towels and even popcorn and hot chocolate! We had a great experience and will be back for sure!
