'Door handle to room was partially broken, but thankfully worked. The door chain/guard inside the room was almost completely pulled from frame Otherwise stay was good.'

'We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). '

'We arrived two days after a big snowstorm. We stayed there three nights. During the entire time the parking lot, including the handicap spots and loading area near the front door were completely caked with ice. It’s unbelievable to me that they would expose themselves to that liability and never take care of it. I contacted staff and they said that they had a lousy snow removal contractor. But nobody made any attempt to clear the ice that had been there for five days by the time we checked out.'

'Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. '

'You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean.'

'Clean, spacy rooms for budget price. I'd rather sleep here (driving 20 miles out) than on some overpriced place on the airport. Shares the parking lot with a nice bbq sports bar (eat there!!!) and some fastfood chains. 24h Walmart on the other side of the freeway.'

'I reserved an accessible room. When I checked in I was told the room I reserved was not available. There were 6 cars in the parking lot. I was given a hearing accessible room which defeated the purpose of having a mobility room. No grab bars anywhere in the room. I may not look disabled but there is a readon I reserve one.'

'We have stayed at this property several times. It's clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice room size and offers free laundry facility. Room prices are very reasonable. It is quiet and within 15 minute drive of MOA . We would return here again. '

'Service was goed, na de eerste nacht bleek dat matras niet goed was, gemeld en mochten direct naar een andere kamer. Shuttle dienst van luchthaven/hotel was soms een beetje lang wachten maar prima. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. hele beperkte keuze, 1 soort ontbijtgraan, pannekoekjes en wit brood met alleen jam als beleg. De vermeldde gratis koffie/thee en water is niet op de kamer maar alleen in de entreehal te halen.'
