'Great price, close to everything, and friendly staff'

'We stayed here once before and liked it so much we returned. This will be out new go to place since our old one in the Dells is now gone. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and this place looks brand new! Location is also in the middle of everything you need or want in the Dells!'

'The hotel was above average for quietness, but it may be the time of year; most local attractions are still closed, so the normal mad crush of families wasn't in full swing. The room was large and comfortable, and it was priced well (again, it may be due to the off-season).'

'Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We had one issue with the toilet but as soon as we let them know, they brought someone up immediately and it was fixed. This will be a place. We will definitely stay again especially because it’s near everything that you would possibly want to go to'

'Es la 3 vez q me quedo con mi pareja, el hotel es excelente pero esta vez nos entregaron el baño sucio y aparte el día que nos íbamos, yo bajé a la piscina y mi pareja se quedó en el cuarto y le abrieron la puerta el personal de limpieza a las 9 de la mañana sin ser la hora del check out y aparte el estaba semi desnudo, me pareció una falta de respeto horrible y de lo comunique a la chica de recepción'

'They gave us a room that maintenance was actively working on. The A/C unit was torn apart and the dresser drawers were scattered around the room. They did get us a new room but we had already unloaded all of our belongings and had to move all of our stuff to the opposite side of the hotel. Which is a lot of stuff when you have a 2 year old.'

'Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the...
