Nestled on nearly an acre, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath open-concept home blends modern upscale finishes with serene lake living.

A stunning south- and southeast-facing wall of floor-to-ceiling windows showcases picturesque lake views and fills the home with natural light. These windows are intentionally left without blinds or curtains to preserve the unobstructed scenery and maximize the experience. From vibrant sunrises to colorful sunsets, the views can be enjoyed from nearly every room — or while relaxing in the private hot tub.

The open living area features a cozy electric fireplace and a large Smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day on the water.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a desk with chair, ideal for those mixing business with leisure. Please note: this room is open to the home and does not have doors enclosing the space.

The second bedroom includes a comfortable full-size bed.

The primary bathroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a large walk-in shower with dual showerheads, double vanities, and an oversized soaking tub — perfect for unwinding after a lake day.

Step outside to enjoy the gas grill (propane provided) and soak under the stars in the private hot tub, surrounded by peaceful nature.

Ideal for couples or small groups of up to four guests seeking a quiet, scenic lake escape.
**A $120 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1-To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4-Hot tub- one baggie of clarifier must be added to the hot tub at the end of each day that the hot tub was used. Just add one baggie and turn the jets on and secure the lid. The clarifier is located in a plastic jar by the back door leading out to the hot tub. (THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION!! IF THE HOT TUB IS USED IT MUST BE ADDED)
5-Please shower before using the hot tub. (Sunscreen and tanning lotions need to be removed prior to getting in)
6- Do not use the hot tub if you have had a spray tan within the past 3 weeks.
7- When the hot tub is not in use the lid should be replaced immediately.
8-No glass inside the hot tub
9-Failure to adhere to the hot tub rules will result in a $250 fee.
