'I paid extra for a handicap room. There was no shower seat except for one that hung off the side of the tub and was about 2 in off the bottom of the tub. That's unacceptable for any handicapped person to try to get off that shower seat I had to go pay $40 to buy a real shower seat. The bed was slanted and sloped to the side so you can't even get a comfortable night's sleep me and my husband's back were both killing us. I contacted management they waited today before we were to check out to send...

'We arrived late but the lobby was still bright and welcoming. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nicely lit and very clean. Looked like a newer hotel or there had been a recent renovation. Rooms were also clean and comfortable as well as spacious. Breakfast was good. The eggs and sausage were popular but the attendant was refilling in a timely manner. Check out was easy. Would have loved to stay longer but would easily stay again and recommend to others! '

'For our travels the location on the west side of Knoxville just off I-40/I-75 was perfect. Also close to several good chain restaurants. Even though close to expressways, location was quiet, no highway noise. Will stay here in the future.'
