  • Dit aantrekkelijke, comfortabele huisje met een mooie tuin en parkeerplaats zal niet teleurstellen. Gelegen aan een steeg die naar het strand leidt, dicht bij de Village Inn pub, in het hart van de populaire badplaats West Runton en dicht bij alle winkels, cafés, golfbanen en het treinstation - waarom niet de auto verlaten en de omgeving verkennen gebied te voet of met de trein / bus! ..... Vanuit de accommodatie bent u een paar minuten lopen van het zandstrand met rotspoelen, ideaal voor krabben en fossielenjagen. Begane grond: Voordeur leidt naar hal met trap en deur naar keuken: met tafel en 4 stoelen, elektrische kookplaat en kookplaat, wasmachine, magnetron, broodrooster en koelkast / vriezer, deur naar Lounge: TV, houtkachel en openslaande deuren naar de tuin.
    Eerste verdieping: 2 slaapkamers. Familie badkamer: bad met douche, wastafel en toilet.
    Let op: 1 goed opgevoede kleine hond die wordt beschouwd als & pond; 20. 00 per week (vraag voor het boeken). Kinderen zijn alleen in de leeftijd van 16 jaar toegestaan. Kleine tuinvijver. South Side

South Side was a lovely cottage, with everything you could need for your stay. Parking at the front was perfect for one vehicle. Lovey bathroom with spacey shower. Plenty of room in the rest of the cottage. The cottage is situated within an easy drive of some great places. It is a short walk from the beach. Close to a pub, and a village cafe.

My friend and I visited southside for one week. The cottage was very homely and comfortable. There was a lovely garden out the back where there was a patio table and chairs . My friend and I would love to come back next year

A lovely clean homely cottage with nearly everything we required . Perfect position for walking to the beach and a good base for visiting further afield attractions. Great pub and Thai take away.

We really enjoyed our stay at South Side , it has everything you need , comfortable and spacious. An added bonus was the weather so we could enjoy being in the garden after our days out , it was so peaceful and pretty .

Our stay at hillside cottage

The property was very clean and tidy and well maintained, the garden well kept . The welcome gifts were very thoughtful and much appreciated . We would hope to stay there again if we comeback to Sheringham.

Lovely Cottage

Southside is a lovely cottage, better equipped than you will need, really clean and tidy and very comfortable. It is well situated for travel all around North Norfolk and beyond, buses run regularly from nearby and there is a station in the village too. The view of the sea greeted me every morning and it was only a short walk away. We had a great time. Thank you.

A Lovely Cottage!

Glad to make a return visit to South Side. This is such a comfortable holiday home. The addition of the wifi and upgrade of the bathroom were both welcome. The weather was with us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful garden. Our dog enjoyed himself also. The cottage is conveniently places to the Team Rooms, Village Inn Pub, Village store and Thai takeaway, as well as the other local amenities and beaches. Can not wait to return again.

Lovely cottage

What a lovely cottage, bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everything you need is there. The bottle of wine and voucher for the local shop was a bonus. It was also nice to feel welcomed by the owner in her friendly information pack. The garden is stunning. The location is great, the village being very attractive and well served by shops and eateries. Everyone was so friendly.

Perfect

We have stayed at South Side twice and for a retired couple, one of whom is disabled, it's perfect. Handy shop over the road, Village Inn that does lovely meals, opposite and bed and breakfast near that does amazing tea and scones and more and only short walk to beach. Cottage is lovely and garden adorable. Only thing missing is downstairs toilet but that's only for our situation. Hope we can go again.

A peaceful time at Christmas

Very well presented with a lovely welcome pack on arrival and a Christmas tree! Very much appreciated. The garden had some colour too, welcome at this time of year Very cosy and the wood burner worked fine. Kitchen was ok except we couldn't find the grill handle or any large serving spoons.

We love Southside West Runton

This was our 2nd time staying at Southside in West Runton. We love this house - the garden is beautiful for a start. Fully equipped comfortable and all you would need. No internet which does us a favour really & forces us to relax and enjoy the holiday. Great location - a short hop to the Village Inn which has been transformed with new owners. We were in there almost every night! Great to have parking outside the house. Short stroll down the beach road to the seaside. What more could you want?

An enjoyable week, but we would say that quite a lot of road noise, very late, with mainly loud bikes racing around and this is a feature that has been allowed to worsen over the last 5 years.

Beautiful cottage just a short walk to the sea. Very clean and comfortable. Everything required for a relaxing holiday. Comfy beds and pretty garden. In a great position for travelling around. Owner very nice and even provided a very good welcoming gift. Excellent. Highly recommend.

South Side

Nice location, but hazardous exit to main road, lovely rear garden, didn’t enjoy pet smells on one settee. Nice touch by owner to encourage local shopping by providing £15 voucher for village shop.. Lack of issue with most visitors and ourselves..
