The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each room is equipped with its own shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. A third bedroom offers 1 double bed sized 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, a private shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, along with direct access to a balcony. The fourth bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and similarly includes a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The apartment benefits from 2 outdoor spaces, comprising a main balcony of 12 m2 and a secondary balcony of 2 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor enjoyment.
