This cosy holiday apartment in the popular coastal town of Crikvenica offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Adriatic. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home and features two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an open living, dining and kitchen area with direct access to its own terrace. With a total of 52 m², up to four people can comfortably find space – ideal for families or couples travelling together.



A special highlight is the covered, south-facing terrace with a beautiful sea view. Here you can start the day relaxed or end it comfortably. The kitchen is functionally equipped with a microwave, kettle, 2-plate hob, refrigerator and filter coffee machine. SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning provide additional comfort. In the living area, there is a sofa bed for a flexible sleeping option.



Both bedrooms have double beds and sufficient storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. A washing machine is available for communal use from the landlord (for a fee). A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking.



The house is located in a quiet hillside position, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and yet it is only about 700 metres to the sea and the popular bathing beaches - including a sandy beach. A supermarket is located 400 metres away, and restaurants and the city centre can be reached comfortably on foot.



In the well-maintained outdoor area of the property, a communally usable freshwater pool with sun loungers and parasols awaits you – perfect for relaxed hours by the water. A shady garden with a children's play area and a barbecue option (by arrangement) are also available. A private parking space is located directly at the house.



The region offers numerous leisure activities: Whether boat tours, snorkelling, hiking or cultural excursions – everyone will get their money's worth here. Some services, such as washing machine use or local charges, are not included in the price and will be calculated separately on site. The friendly hosts live in the house and are happy to help with any questions.
