« Property was welcoming to pets. Indoor pool was not in a convenient location to our unit. And just for reference, the first floor units without a lake view have no view. Just a retaining wall to look at. and we had very noisy upstairs neighbors. Sounded like kids were going to travel through our ceiling. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We Always stay at Bransons best hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful in getting us show tickets. Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Small breakfast buffet every morning and my husband loved the cobbler, cookies and ice cream every night. Close to shows and places to eat »

« The room was beautiful, actually the whole facility was beautiful but someone broke the key to the movie room was the movie was not available, the whirlpool part of the hot tub half of the jets weren’t working. »

« Room was garbage. Floor in bathroom was rotten an moldy and falling apart. Bed sheets were off bed and dirty. Sink did not drain and hoodrats were staying next door drinking loud all night outside »

« Google shows they have an indoor pool but that is not the case. They only have a seasonal outdoor pool. »

« We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office...

« It was a palce to sleep. Rooms was large and clean. the building is a maze with a main building and a back building we were in. The steps in the back were filthy with debri both days. Also the room is so light with an inadequate curtain and lights in the outside hallway it was hard to sleep. »

« This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. »

« Very nice hotel. They are doing some remodeling but our room was perfect. Outside of building is older but inside very modern. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast but be prepared to walk outside to get to the room for breakfast. Excellent location to drive to attractions. Walking distance to a great meal and live entertainment. Good price and food. Retro style. The name is with something behave in it. »

« The hotel was welcoming. The staff was great, very helpful with our request when we needed towels. They only clean every other day when you stay for multiple days and we didn’t have any issues getting new towels and we have stayed in some hotels where that is an issue- The breakfast was great. The coffee downstairs was amazing. My kids loved the pool. We have been a military family for 20 years and this is one of the top hotels based off of the welcoming atmosphere and safety. »
