The Space:

Space to spread out, room to gather back together—this 4-bedroom Riverbend home sleeps 9 and is purpose-built for multiple families or multi-generational trips. Soak in the hot tub as mountain peaks blaze orange at sunset, then head inside to all-new furniture, mattresses, appliances, and linens throughout, so everything feels fresh from the moment you arrive.



Downstairs

Three guest bedrooms—a queen, a twin/twin, and a twin/twin plus trundle—share a spacious full bath with double vanity and a separate tub and shower, making it easy for a full house to get ready at once without the morning bottleneck.



Upstairs

This is where the magic happens: an open, light-filled living, dining, and kitchen area unfolds beneath sweeping mountain views, with a south-facing deck made for grilling and long afternoons outside. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your best meals, whatever the occasion calls for. Just off the main space, the primary suite offers a quiet retreat of its own, with a king bed, smart TV, and a spa-like bath featuring a soaking tub and double vanity.



Outside

Step out to the west patio, where a built-in fire pit, hot tub, and cozy seating invite you to linger long after dinner, under Crested Butte's famously starry skies—the perfect way to close out any day here.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

No events or parties allowed. This property is located in a residential neighborhood so renters must be mindful of the neighbors. All vehicles, trailers, and campers must be parked in the driveway. NO ON STREET PARKING. 4 vehicles are allowed. No smoking, of any substance, is allowed in or on the premises.

This property is not pet friendly. The owner's child is highly allergic so please, no dogs at any time in the property.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions including your keypad door code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.
