The Information I received told me to check in at the Plaza condominiums. When I went there to check in they informed me they had not provided that service for the Gateway condominiums for 2 years! They were, however, able to tell me where to go to check in. Upon arriving at condo the door was very difficult to unlock. First impression of the condo-it needed a lot of love and updates. The following day the key to the condo would not work at all and twice I had to call maintenance to let me in. After the second time, they said the lock was broken and the owner had refused to buy another one. I asked to be moved to a different unit where I would not have to call maintenance every time I wanted in the door. On Friday CBMR moved me to a different condo complex for the remainder of my stay.
