Inside you will find a bright living area with a sofa bed, TV, dining table and a practical kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, while the double bedroom guarantees the right rest after a day in the mountains, walks or exploring the surroundings.
The garden, large and quiet, is one of the strengths of the house: perfect for eating outside, reading a book or simply relaxing on a deckchair enjoying the view of the mountains. Despite being a short walk from the center of Maggio, the area is very quiet and offers a pleasant and private atmosphere.
The location is ideal: Barzio is only 5 minutes away by car, while Lecco — the nearest town on Lake Como — can be reached in about 20 minutes. Thanks to this strategic position, the apartment is a perfect base both for exploring Valsassina and its trails, and for visiting Lake Como.

The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
