'One of the better hotels to stay at in Taupō. While parts of the property could benefit from a little TLC, the friendly and helpful staff more than made up for it. The amenities were great, and the ample parking was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I'd happily return.'

'We had a great stay. The service and staff were excellent. A few minor things like a fridge that was a bit too like a freezer and slightly saggy single beds (but they were plush and warm!), can be easily sorted. Great location, quiet area near the lake. Was great!'

'Typical motel for a nice no-nonsense stay. We had an executive suite which was clean and had all usual facilities. Good, fast, free internet. These suites are quite spacious and even have a bubble bath! Plus a small balcony to enjoy the evening sun... We enjoyed our stay.'

'Good and quiet location. Parking in front of your room. The room had a spa but no instructions on how to work it. I couldn't use the 'bubbles' and the bath then didn't drain completely. Not a big thing, I had a good stay.'
