This house is fully furnished. Two stories, two bedrooms upstairs (queen size) and one bedroom downstairs ( king size). Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender and kitchen tools. The terraza is back and there is a pool. Laundry room is available. Parking area. Hot water. First stay in Cozumel

Property was pretty much as expected. Had no issues with the internet. House was well stocked for our needs. We did have a bit of an issue locating the property as there was no number signage on the house. We also did not get the house # thru VRBO, only a description to enter from 2 adjoining streets.

Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, we walked down to Centro a few times. Nice neighborhood too, of course there are dogs and roosters making noise but we like staying the residential area. The house was clean and comfortable and had ac. We had a little trouble with one unit and the host fixed it immediately! I do not speak Spanish so we communicated through the VRBO messages. The pool guy stopped every morning to clean and add water. Loved watching the iguanas and birds in the pool area. No concerns at this house!

beautiful hacienda!

Very nice Cozumel family residence. Clean, roomy, everything works as it should. Lovely rear patio with a privatr pool and a pair od Iguanas thar visited regularly. Water pressure is typical for Cozumel, which is to say not great by norte standards. Nice AC, decor is quite nice. Our family loved it and we intend to come back.

Great house, great location!

This house was perfect. The rooms were clean, pool was beautiful (and a bit bigger than we expected), and location was great. The owner provided the phone number for the taxi service on the island. A few times we walked into town, but mostly called the service for a taxi. The taxis arrived at the house within 5 minutes and cost about 40 pesos to get into town. While we would not change a thing about our stay there are a few things we would have liked to be made aware of ahead of our stay. Firstly, there is a property manager or the owner living on the property who walks around in the backyard sometimes. While we did not mind this as he was friendly and helpful we were very nervous when we first saw him as we did not know who he was. Another thing is that the toilet in the half bathroom by the kitchen did not flush. Again, this is not a “dealbreaker” as there are 3 other bathrooms in the house, however, we wish we would have known before trying to use it. We also encountered two lizards Inside the house. This is a tropical climate so lizards are expected, but we believe they got in through holes in some of the window screens. Another thing to note, which didn’t affect our group, is that the pool is fairly deep. Children would not be able to stand in this pool. Overall, the house is clean, rooms are big, owner is helpful, and location is great. I will be looking to stay at Casa Cuzamil again!

Great location!

We had a great stay, this is a very nice home in a great location. Not as clean as it could be and there are bugs. A little work and elbow grease and this place could be fabulous!

The property was exactly as presented in photos. Very clean, bed rooms large, bath rooms clean and modern. We enjoyed the local neighborhood. Four block walk to the Carribean, numerous restaurants within 4 block radius. Also seemed to be a very safe area. would recommend .

Typical Mexican house in a safe neighborhood

Rent a car and drive about 2 miles to this house, because you will want transportation during your stay. House is maybe 1/2 mile from main street (runs along the ocean) and the best beaches are 3 to 30 miles away. Pool and courtyard are very nice.

Nice place

This property is everything that is listed, The hosts are great and will accommodate everything you need. My only issue is that it is a little out of the way if you don’t like walking, my Aunt that stayed with us has MS so walking everyday to places was a challenge. We rented a car for two days and went to the beach on the other side of the island. The pool is small and very cold but refreshing, there is one bedroom on the main floor the other two upstairs. This is a good place just to chill, the Rooster singing and dogs barking may wake you if your a light sleeper, but all and all a good place to stay with wonderful hosts.
