Beachfront Paradise Condo - Great Snorkeling from the Beach!

    Dit prachtige, drie slaapkamers / twee badkamers, aan het strand condominium ligt naast Chankanaab Marine Park en heeft de beste kust snorkelen op het eiland, evenals een zandstrand. Geniet van geweldige zonsondergangen en bekijk de cruiseschepen voorbij varen in de kristalblauwe Caraïben vanaf uw twee privéterrassen. Dit is een appartement op de tweede verdieping in een complex van 13 eenheden (zeer privé zonder hoogbouw) met een volledig uitzicht op de oceaan. Klim naar de palapa op het dak voor een nog spectaculairder uitzicht!

    Wij zullen u helpen bij het regelen van activiteiten voor uw verblijf, zoals diepzeevissen, snorkelen en duiken. Er is een aanlegplaats voor boten op te halen naast Tortugas Beach club! We kunnen ook zorgen voor de bezorging van boodschappen of een privékok tegen een toeslag.

    Het appartement is gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft, waaronder strandlakens, snorkelspullen, BBQ, twee hangmatten, twee fietsen, een volledige keuken met vaatwasser en een wasruimte.

    U kunt eenvoudig contact houden met familie en vrienden - er is GRATIS draadloos breedband en GRATIS interlokale gesprekken naar de VS en Canada. Er is TV / DVD en NETFLIX in elke kamer.

    Wij zijn gelegen op loopafstand van Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club naast de deur en Uvas Beach Club met kajak excursies met glazen bodem.

    Onze Engels sprekende beheerder biedt advies en kortingen op verschillende activiteiten, waaronder duiken, snorkelen en visreizen.

    De zuidkant van het eiland ligt in de nabijheid van de koraalriffen, populaire strandclubs, Punta Sur en nog veel meer. Het ligt net ten zuiden van de stad, op slechts vijf minuten rijden van de winkels, restaurants en activiteiten in het centrum.

This is a great condo in Cozumel. Exactly as described in the listing. The communication from the owner and property manager was outstanding. If you decide to book, make sure you connect with the property manager to arrange for the private chef to come for an evening - best meal we had in Cozumel by far!

So amazing we rebooked for next year!

We had such a great time staying here and can't wait to come back. The place was nice, the property manager was great, Cozumel is great!

The host was amazing from the start - answered all of my questions. The property manager, Diana, was incredible - responding within minutes! The condo had everything we could ever need and was extremely clean. Being right on a sandy beach made it one of the best in all of Cozumel. The photos don't do it justice, inside or out! It's much closer to the beach than the photos indicate. Would recommend this 100% - we will be staying here again next year....and hopefully for a longer duration!

EXCELLENT rental!! It was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the pool with direct ocean view. The host was very accommodating and communicated all the details we needed in a very timely manner. We will most definitely return to this vacation rental again. Super nice! We had a great time!

Gorgeous location, beautiful sunsets, great snorkeling. Just a great time. Away from middle of downtown and cruise ship crowds, but only 5 minute ride away.

Great secluded location

Took my family on a snorkeling vacation and the condo was great to accommodate all of us and they had plenty of gear for us during the stay. Diana helped us solve a question very promptly and was awesome in maintaining very good communications both before and during our stay. Well appointed place and liked the ability to snorkel within 100 yards of the back door

Beyond amazing expirence

Very beautiful location with an amazing condo. Close to city and transportation is a breeze. Alex went above and beyond for us on our stay, only a phone call away. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Nice place that was as advertised. Great views from deck, and rooftop palapa. Good snorkeling right from condo beach. Saw angels, puffer, parrot fish and many others. Would stay again.

Description is accurate, although the photos don’t do it justice. Very well stocked (from the kitchen to the towels to the beach/snorkel supplies). Easy parking. Highly recommend taking advantage of the masseuse (Mimi) and the chef (Antonio) that come to the condo—both very affordable, professional, and excellent at their craft!

We love the property. The owners kindly left coffee, wine, and chips. How welcoming! Also, there were spices in the cabinet for use. We love Cozumel and had a great trip. Thank you!

Great spot!

Several divers, some non-divers. We all had a blast! Definitely recommend renting a car for this location. Nearby restaurants close early after cruisers leave for the day.

This property more than met our expectations. Was stocked when everything you could ever need. Property MGR Alex was great, checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. We felt this unit had the best balcony view in the complex. We "WILL" be back

Perfect Place

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay. We have been to this condo complex before but a different condo. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. They provided fruit, coffee and a few beers for the guys. It is so cute with all the bright colors and a spectacular view of the ocean. Diana was amazing. She did some grocery shopping, booked us taxis, answered all texts so quickly. She is such a sweet person. We will be back

Paradise!

Wonderful place with beautiful views. The wrap around deck off the living room and access to palapa for sunsets was just the place to relax with coffee and drinks. The decor was authentic with real wood carving furniture, and tasteful colorful paintings. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and a charcoal grill. Filtered water also plenty on site. Snorkeling was great right out front and a nice little bridge over the rocks. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great Snorkeling

Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

Great location

Our trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach club Tortugas next door as well as Uvas. Our favorite most economical restaurant we visited was Sorrisi Italian restaurant. The restaurant was extremely clean , orderly and the food was delicious. We also went to Kondesa which was fabulous. Great garden like atmosphere. Food was delicious. The drinks were also tasty. We saw rays, tropical fish and a barracuda in the ocean in front of the condominium. Wonderful relaxing week.

Very comfortable

Our group of 6 friends stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the view! We had a few minor problems along the way, but they were resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your condo with our group. Would not hesitate to rent again!
