The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located within walking distance of fantastic attractions and restaurants. We will 100% stay again if life brings us back to Louisville.'

'Perfect boutique hotel!'

'We booked a room with two queens but received a room with king and pullout. No sheets for pullout and had to ask several times for the sheets and pillows. Shower had no shampoo and again asked a couple times to fill up shampoo. Once pullout was set up For bed there was no room to walk around. Went to make some tea in the breakfast area the “hot” water container was cole water. It was a good location to our activities.'

'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk. Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '

'When looking at the property before booking I did not notice that there wasn't any onsite self parking only valet. There is a parking garage about a block away. This is the only negative which was balanced out by the excellent price per night.'

'The room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast could use some work. Day by day there were less and less items on the bar and out of clean silverware. But overall I would stay here again for the convenience to many things.'

'On one occasion, a maintenance worker opened my bedroom door while I was resting. After the incident I informed the reception staff, they changed my room because of a leak in my room To my surprise, in the next room they moved me to, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't rest.'

'For one of the best It lacks alot. The customer service agents at the font did not know much about the city. Also there is no market place to pick up water or any where to shop if you forgot anything'

'Only one luggage cart which is a pain. Room given was not what was booked, but they made up for it by offering an additional room to accommodate our party at a reduced rate and we made it work. The friendly staff and convenient location more than made up for it!'
