131 Kendal Street Serviced Apartments

131 Kendal Street consists of four x 2BR apartments. Each has lounge and breakfast room, TV and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and off street parking. Furnishings are stylish and practical with all apartments featuring reverse cycle air conditioning and gas heating.

Each apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. Configuration of 1 x queen, 2 x singles. Tariff quoted is for the entire apartment with linen included.

LOCATION: For those not familiar with Cowra, 131 Kendal Street is a stones throw to the CBD and one block from the Art Gallery, Peace Bell and the Cowra Services Club.
It is also only 100m from Cowra's Civic Centre.

INCLUDED: All linen (sheets, towels, bathmats etc). Management is not onsite.

Does what it says on the Tin

Thank you for being in an excellent location for the Town of Cowra, 3 ladies on a cycling trip, a great base to meet the others and walking distance to restaurants, shops and Japanese Garden. Definitely easy to stay again, priced perfectly.

Lovely art deco property with a great layout. Fantastic for a short term stay and close to all amenities with woolworths being located in the next street. Will stay here again for sure.

Our stay at Kendal Street

Our visit to Cowra was part of the “theme” to explore regional towns. We stayed at the Kendal Street apartment for 5night. The updated apartment is in an Art Deco building and was perfect for our needs: central location, close to supermarkets, a well appointed kitchen & bathroom, and a great early opener coffee shop next door. We timed the visit to coincide with the Japanese Gardens Cherry Blossom Festival that offered Japanese cultural entertainment in the stunning gardens. We had bicycles with us and picked up a booklet at the visitors centre that gave us suggestions of local rides. We also visited Grenfell nearby, a beautiful village where Henry Lawson was born. We had a great stay in Cowra and I can happily recommend other people to stay in the Kendal Street Apartment when visiting this town.

Nice weekend away.

We had a very nice 2 nights stay , great location with plenty of room. As mentioned on some of the reviews the driveway is a little narrow but I was in a large car and it didn't worry me . Cafe right next door for breakfast that was really nice as well.

Better on inside than out. Noise from highway & upstairs. No dvd, tv remote didn’t work & only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights! Close to shops but long walk to Japanese Gardens.

Spacious property & lovely old building with lots of period features. Perhaps some better ventilation in the bathroom (no hand towels). A noisy road, but that's the price you pay for a very central location. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice place at Cowra

This unit was just what we needed. Kitchen was equipped for us to cook. Laundry was available. The nightw were chilly so good to have heater/AC.The location was convenient with a lovely cafe next door.
