The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (a numbered private parking space for one car).

- The bedroom shutter is currently out of order for an indefinite period. Blackout curtains are available to ensure the room is completely dark
