The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 19 m² living room not overlooked with TV, convertible sofas (sleeps 3) and dining area that can accommodate 7 guests.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, 4 hotplates, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.

Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A small balcony of approx. 1 m2 on the first floor.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot and high chair.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
