« Tout simplement horrible de la chambre au petit déjeuner en passantpar l'accueil. Les photos sur le site n'ont rien à voir avec la triste réalité. Robinets cassés, il faut débrancher la clim pour l'éteindre, prises arrachées, ventilation salle de bain avec le même bruit qu'un camion, collé à l'autoroute. Bref, nous avions réservé 4 nuits et sommes partis dès la première... Evidemment "no refund". Fuyez Fuyez Fuyez ! »

« The cleaning was not well, there was garbage from previous occupants under the bed, the sofa bed was dirty with used bedding from last occupants and smelled like pee. The bathroom smelled like Moho and just not a good experience overall with the cleaning. The team was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. »

« Nice hotel. I didn’t use the amenities or breakfast. The room was clean and modern. The staff sent out texts to see if I needed anything which was nice.parking was close to the entry point where my room was. »

« I live the hotel it's self. I didn't like that my room kept a lot of moisture. The floors stayed wet. The only way the floors were dry is if I kept the air on all day all night. »

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »
