« Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. « The space itself is well thought out and felt comfortable. The room was clean and organized. Like all older buildings in Chicago, the air conditioner had mold on it and the hallways were gross - smelled strongly of marijuana. However, I felt safe and the area is beautiful. This place is a great option if you are doing something at the U of Chicago. If you want practical, this is great. If you want shiny, look elsewhere. The host was excellent. »

« Everything was nice per the price. The property is located in very accessible place to all commodities at a few minutes walk. The lift seemed very old and thus made me feel anxious that I may get stuck into it. For this reason, I would use stairs to 3rd floor everytime. »

« Without coming off too harsh or unfair this is definitely a “get what you pay for accommodation”. I was in town for work and excited to find a reasonably priced space with good ratings and walking distance to the conference. Shame on me for not verifying the ratings. However, upon our late arrival we could not enter the building because the entrance keypad was broken. The host did respond to my message promptly, letting us know about an emergency lockbox. « Great stay, perfect for our group of 6, everyone had there own room! Necessities right around the corner if needed Cermack rd a few feet away, gets you about everywhere! We wanted a real life Chicago experience, and it was great. Owner very responsive! Permit on street parking pretty accessible most times. Definitely will stay again! »
