With a surface area of 350 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people and offers the perfect setting for a vacation combining comfort, relaxation, and luxury with a swimming pool, jacuzzis, and a large private garden of 1,500 m². It comprises a lovely 850 sq ft living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and five bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). The accommodation is as follows:
- An 80 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area
- Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 4 and 5: each with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed)
- Four bathrooms with shower and toilet
- One bathroom with bathtub and toilet
- A gym
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.
