I have run many hospitality venues, from restaurants to having the directorship of an island resort in the Pacific and to me the only ingredient missing from your hotel is engagement with the guest, a smile, a how are you, an interest in the person in front of them. 'Easy access on highway,easy park outside unit. Spotless clean rooms, older with modern decor & well maintained, as was pool. Really comfy bed & good old fashioned hospitality from the hostess. Did not need aircon, used roof fan - lovely. '

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'
