'Excellent hotel all around, good food, great service, clean and comfy room.'

'Location great, shower very good, bathroom small. Bed was great, the colour of the appartment was to dark for me, but that is taste. The lighting was bad, one knob for the whole room. Bedlights were not connected or not working. The gate didn’t close properly, safety issue. Two slats were missing so you could look in the room. Personal very friendly and everything very clean too. So my rate is 6/ 10'

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'We had a lovely stay at this motel. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Also the local golf course runs a courtesy bus and they have an excellent restaurant with fabulous ocean views.'

'The room decor was great; it was also very clean. There were dead cockroaches outside the door and i was suprised they werent cleaned up as they remained there for the entirety of my stay. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Noise was an issue - really loud in the kitchens after service to the point where it affected sleep. Further, other guests were very noisy at as early as 6am which was a shame. '

'Staff good, room nice and spotlessly clean, but dissapointed because we paid for an upgraded room because the pics showed a balcony, but our allocated room did not have one and the outside area was practically on the busy footpath and we had to keep the curtains and doors closed fully for privacy.
