« Très belle région. Infrastructures de l’hôtel des annes 80 mais en cours de renovation. Service impecable (Paul, le gérant, fait un excellent travail de formation et de suivi de ses employés). Concernant la route pour y arriver, elle est en mauvais état mais elle est en train d’être rénovée. Mais même en mauvais état, il n’y a pas besoin de 4x4; il y a juste besoin d’un peu de patience. Le voyage vaud clairement le détour! »

« We had gone out, came back around 9pm and the main gate was locked. There was no security person manning the gate. Security guard came after 15 min or so and did not have the key to the padlock. We kept on calling the cell number provided by the hotel and there was no answer. Almost an hour later, they had to break the padlock. Manager on duty not answering calls and nowhere to be found as well. »

« When I first arrived I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and its location. Stunning sea views and Mountain view’s on the other side. Was disappointed with the no wifi. My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin. Shower was out of control. But seemingly I had a nice relaxing time there. You cannot beat the view and having breakfast over looking the ocean in...

« Staff support lacking. Only one bath towel. No hand towel T/v not working. Air con not working No wifi service. »

« Great place friendly staff only downside was the outdated bathroom and an exceptionally small room television. »

« Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage. »

« The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. »

« The room was clean and neat.set up had everything you needed.Check in was smooth.However when asked for WiFi password was told was in my email confirmation.I did not have any info.So I emailed for info on the TV and WiFi but still have not heard back.For check out did not have instruction so had to call property for info.the staff did end up arriving for check out.Overall the studio flat did us well as it was just a weekend. »
