'Charged for a massage I didn’t get. Claimed I was late but the masseuse acted like she didn’t have the appointment and lied. No cleaning room service. No English speaking. Stole my body spray. Front desk was extremely rude. Dining staff seemed irritated. '

'Firstly, when we checked in, the receptionist charged us over 400 Q extra as there were 2 of us (later reduced to 270Q). Starting at 7:00-11:00pm there was party with extremely loud music so we could not sleep well the first night. Although breakfast was included we had avena and asked for fruit as well. We were charged 72Q for that. All in all it was unpleasant.'

'Great location with four beautiful pools, that we always had to ourself. Wouldn’t recommend the plunge pools as the water was pretty stagnant. Great view of the sunset from the beach bar. Surfboard rental prices were a lot more than other locations nearby so shop around. Comfy beds, warm showers and a little oasis of plants and free range chickens. '

'I only write reviews when I feel that they are warranted and this is warranted. While I appreciated the location and access to the ocean, nothing else was good during my stay there. The food was mediocre at best. The property was empty- I was the only guest there. The property is outdated and needs to be updated immediately. It was not well maintained; lots of dust and cob webs in my room. I was very disappointed because I paid for a luxury experience and the only luxury was the ocean; which was...
