'We verbleven 3 nachten in glamping tent. We hebben er van genoten. De glamping is uitgebreid en alles was aanwezig. De dames bij de receptie zijn geweldig! Servicegericht en zeer vriendelijk. Het zwembad is groot en er zijn voldoende fijne ligbedden. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en erg goed. We kunnen het aan iedereen aanraden'

'This hotel has four stars, but in my opinion it would certainly deserve a fifth one. It's right in the historic centre, but located between a lovely quiet square and a narrow ancient street, which makes it a very quiet environment - an island of silence right in the middle of a very loud and busy city. Very friendly staff, cool classic and relatively spacious rooms, and of course the lounge (which looks like a medieval cloister) with a live pianist is breathtaking. On second thought - the hotel...

'Een heel fijn hotel, zeker voor de prijs. Alles is vrij nieuw en netjes, het personeel vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en zeer goed van kwaliteit. Verder is het in Palermo geen luxe dat het hotel een uitstkende airco installatie heeft en ook dat was hier prima in orde. Enige minpuntje is de wifi die onbruikbaar is omdat de ontvangst de eigenschappen heeft van een knipperlicht.'
