'The view is pretty amazing. All the reviews about bugs and being dirty and ran down really had me worried. My room was great! Really clean, comfy bed and no issues with the fireplace. The people that complained about bird poo on the balcony realize that it is an oceanfront property, right? It wasn’t excessive in my opinion. The balcony was pretty sturdy and did not raise alarm.
