It's a new build well-appointed and is furnished well but could be so much more homely with at least a couple of lounge cushions and throws a rug or 2 and bedside lamps, sadly it lacked " soul ", but these minor details would prevent us staying again as 3 couples. 'We were delighted with our Austinmer escape, the spacious townhouse was very comfortable, thoughtfully fitted out and just 2 minutes to the pool and pretty beach. Lots of local restaurants made our 4 nights perfect and our little dog was happy watching the passing traffic from the front verandah.'
