'I paid extra money to enjoy the pool and its services.
Unfortunately the pool side seating was esthetically pleasing BUT staff didn't open service till well after 3pm when we were informed it should open at 2pm.
No outside drinks or food are permitted on pool side, maybe next don't pay and arrive to relax unless you dont want a cold beverage by the pool. '

'Not a good stay overall.
The amenities were nice, and access to the beach and pools was convenient and enjoyable. However, the room was in very poor condition. First, check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our room until 5:45 PM. Although they offered us a late check-out, it didn’t make up for the issues we experienced.
The biggest problem was a leak in the bathroom ceiling—it was leaking like a shower. By 8:30 PM, we couldn’t even use the toilet because the water was...

'The hotel was neat and the rooms nice and big. We had a few small issues but these were solved for us within 2 days.
The area is close to Katy Mills Mall and Dennys restaurant. Close to freeway.'
