'Il servizio spiaggia (non incluso nel prezzo) è pessimo, sporco, fatiscente, senza servizi igienici e acqua. Gli ombrelloni erano già assegnati , ma nessuno ci ha avvertiti, ( ragazzino ci ha poi fatto alzare dopo circa un'ora all'arrivo di chi aveva prenotato quella postazione). La struttura nel complesso è rimasta ferma agli anni 90 ..., per chi ama il vintage, ma assolutamente non adeguato il servizio spiaggia,'

'This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! '

'The location was not nice and remote. In the middle of business buildings that gave me the feeling that you are not on vacation. We were there in the winter and everything looked as if we visiting a closed B&B. No coffee or tea in the room. No glasses. One of the curtains could not be closed in the bedroom because it was stuck for some reason. Everything looked old and heavily used. Host was friendly and the breakfast was simple but fine. '

'The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ?...

'Really enjoyed the property. It was very clean. The rooms was spacious. The property was very clean and nicely laid out. The staff was very helpful and the dinner was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay and will return again.'

'La stanza è bellissima, ristrutturata ed arredata dall'architetto che gestisce il B&B. Da notare è il bagno di qualità con una doccia da cui non vorresti mai uscire e il letto comodissimo!! La colazione all'italiana è organizzata dai genitori del gestore che vivono nell'altra metà dell'edificio. Il ciambellone preparato dalla moglie era buonissimo e il marito è sempre pronto ad offrire te/caffe/cappuccino.'

'Albergo situato in centro città, comodo da raggiungere e con bella vista su valle e monti circostanti. La struttura necessiterebbe un intervento radicale di rinnovamento.'
