'We booked the room for a visit to Mayo Clinic. Unfortunately the clinic canceled the appointment last minute. Thankfully the hotel management was gracious enough to allow a refund. We will most definitely stay here on our next visits to Mayo Thank you so much for your assistance '

'I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley. Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.'

'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...
