'Great location, beautiful building but even with a free upgrade to sea view (thanks for that) the room was really small and basic, you won't expect that from the outside.

'YELO Mozart is centrally located with easy close by parking, shopping and public transportation close by. Yelo Mozart hotel thought of many customer needs including beach towels and beach umbrellas. John at reception was very kind and answered all my questions. Fabien helped us tremendously with showing us locations and shopping places. They both tolerated my broken French. 'The hotel is well kept and in a great, centralized location that was easy walking distance to everything. The staff was extemely friendly and helped with additional accomodations I needed. And the price was very fair.'

'The cleaning staff was very good. Excellent location. Things to improve: the beds were hard to sleep on. We stayed in a junior suite. The bathtub had no curtain so it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the floor. The breakfast could have more variety considering the price. '

Ontvangst vriendelijk, kamer nog niet klaar. Hadden een kamer met “terras” geboekt en dachten op de begane grond terecht te komen. Echter de term terras bleek balkon te zijn op de zesde verdieping met lift te bereiken.
Na de lunch bleek de kamer nog niet klaar en kregen wij een upgrade naar een hoek suite met rondom balkon met meerdere zitjes en schitterend uitzicht.
