'All the staff and in particular Emma of the Concierge have been great and very helpful in sorting out a problem and getting us to the airport when our rented car had broken down.

'We had in fact a very spacious apartment as our room. Interior and decoration needs a update. Everything worked and was clean. Building at perfect location. Only remark is that it had no airco.'
'Stunning hotel with large, modern and quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Very good food in the food hall. Right in the town centre close to shops, beach and restaurants. Only 2 min walk away from the train station. Absolutely perfect!'

'Hôtel tout neuf, rénové avec goût.
Chambre spacieuse et agréable, bien qu'un peu sombre.
Literie confortable.
Le restaurant roof top très cool avec vue sur l'océan. Les plats sont excellents, bien qu'un peu chers pour la quantité. J'y suis allé à 3 reprises, tout est très bon.
Piscine roof top très sympa.
Dans les bémols :
-ménage en chambre à qualité variable.
-finitions de la chambre encore en cours je pense. Manque un bout de plinthe, cache prise derriere meuble inexistant,...
-service bar...
'Uitstekend verblijf van 4 nachten . Uitgebreid ontbijt en gratis parking . De standaard kamer op gelijkvloer is ruim met terras en zicht op zee . De ingang van de kamer is via het terras. Tof zwembad en ligstoelen met uitzicht op de oceaan . '

Een van de indrukwekkendste beelden van Biarritz is het witte standbeeld van de maagd Maria met Kind op een grillige rots aan zee. Je kunt via een loopbrug naar het standbeeld gaan en genieten van het fantastische uitzicht over de kust.
Kom met je gezin naar Bid'A Parc en maak de hele dag plezier in dit pretpark in Bidart. Je vakantie is niet compleet tot je prachtige stranden en de kust in de omgeving hebt verkend.
Word tijdens je vakantie in Soorts-Hossegor één met de natuur en ontdek het prachtige buitenleven in Lac d'Hossegor. Verken het meer en de stranden hier met een wandeling.
Als je op vakantie lekker wilt uitrusten, kun je tijdens je vakantie in Biarritz misschien een bezoekje brengen aan Plage du Port Vieux. Maak tijdens je verblijf hier een wandeling langs de kust.
Ga naar bezienswaardigheden, zoals Plage du Lac en Lac Marin, terwijl je Cote d'Argent ontdekt. Een trendy gebied dat ook geliefd is door de surflocaties.
"Location is excellent. The pool is also fantastic just be aware there is no shallow end. Lack of A/C was a big drawback given the 30C temps. Also unfortunately they do not clean the rooms during your stay. We were there for 5 nights so the room easily got quite messy "
