'The place is on top location. Highly recommend it. Super central but not overly crowded. Safe and easily walkable to everything you want and need. Apartment is spacious enough for family of 4 with all the essentials. Big plus air-conditioning. Averio is beautiful and we love to come back again.'

'Catarina is a most accomodating host, the directions cannot be faulted, as she provided step by step instructions with photos.My wife absolutely loved the bed, and had the best nights sleep she had in quite some time. To the point we had to find out whose it was.Having 2 bathrooms, if more than 2 people are staying is a definite asset.The view from the top of the cliff by the swimming pool, looking down to the ocean and Nazare is just wonderful.We made use of the sun loungers and patio, and SOOO...

It seems this house is similarly historic, which is amazing to think about. It is fully renovated and has all the modern conveniences, a real gem of a place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Bed was comfy. '
