"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un véritable cinq étoiles ! Dès notre arrivée au Sofitel Miramar Biarritz, l’accueil a été d’une grande qualité. L’accompagnement jusqu’à la chambre, les explications sur l’hôtel ainsi que la prise en charge de nos bagages par le service voiturier étaient impeccables. L’emplacement en bord de mer est exceptionnel : depuis l’hôtel, les balcons, et la piscine, la on peut entendre le doux bruit des vagues, et une magnifique promenade permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Biarritz. Un cadre particulièrement romantique. La piscine d’eau de mer chauffée est très agréable, avec suffisamment de transats pour tous et un service au bord de la piscine très appréciable. La chambre était parfaitement équipée et pensée dans les moindres détails, avec notamment un miroir grossissant et un espace dédié au maquillage, le tout à la bonne hauteur. Le balcon était également parfait. Un service d’une grande qualité du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour une expérience véritablement cinq étoiles, dans un cadre exceptionnel et très romantique !"

"No parking available upon arrival. Very bad mobile reception in the building. Door to bathroom didn’t close (kept on falling open) which makes the see through design of it even less private. TV didn’t work at first but was fixed. No Netflix app to link your own netflix to, only TV channels which feels pretty outdated. Sauna: you need to book a timeslot of 15 mins on the form near the reception area. "

"Restaurant was niet open. Bar ook niet maar de vriendelijke receptioniste heeft toch een flesje bier geregeld. Ondanks de hoge prijs, 5 euro, was het erg welkom."
